There is a reason they put that lever on the left side of the steering wheel!

Ok too all you lousy drivers out there, see that lever on the left side of your steering wheel? Do you know what that is? It's called a TURN SIGNAL (or for some of you a directional). That's right, you use it when you want to go left or right from the current path you are taking. Push it up and you'll see a little arrow blinking to the right on your dashboard. Push it down, and you'll see an arrow blinking to the left. Now these are not just for your enjoyment. They also actually make lights on the outside of your car blink too! Wow, can you believe that? You know what else, those exterior lights (the ones on the outside of the car) let people know that you will be turning off the road that you are on and going the direction that your light is blinking. OH THE CONCEPT! Can you believe it!
Also, just to let you know, I was told I lost my psychic ability when I was younger, so just putting on your brakes gives me no indication of what you're doing. You could be having car problems or even worse, health issues! I can't read your mind like you think I can.
If you are unsure how to use that lever, sit in your car in your driveway, or parking spot and practice, you can't believe how easy it is!
So unless your left arm or hand is broken (you shouldn't be driving anyway in that condition), please be considerate of the rest of us and let us know when you're turning. Thank you.
